1️⃣ Responsibility & File Accuracy
All products are printed exactly as submitted.
Beary Fun Print is not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect artwork files or wrong selections made during online orders.
If a production error is verified on our side, we’ll reprint the order at no cost.
Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Reprints will follow the same turnaround time and delivery method.
2️⃣ Proofs & Artwork Approval
Printed proofs are available upon request to preview color and layout before printing.
Proofs may differ slightly from the final product due to paper type or finish (matte, gloss, UV).
Uncoated materials are not available for proofing.
Proof requests may require additional fees and time.
Please check all text, layout, and images carefully before approval.
Once approved, Beary Fun Print will proceed with production and cannot be held responsible for any mistakes in the approved file.
3️⃣ Colour Accuracy & Limitations
We strive for accurate color output but exact matching cannot be guaranteed.
Differences may occur due to printer calibration, paper texture, finish, or lighting.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that minor color variation is normal.
Beary Fun Print is not liable for color differences between digital previews, proofs, and final prints.
Color shifts caused by UV coating or lamination are not eligible for reprint.
4️⃣ Production & Turnaround Time
Production time begins when:
✅ Payment is received
✅ Print-ready artwork is uploaded
✅ Proof (if any) is approved
If files are not ready, production starts only after corrected files are received.
For Next-Day Printing:
- Orders and files must be submitted by 5:00 PM
- Proofs must be approved by 6:00 PM
Orders after these times start on the next working day.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded from turnaround time.
Timelines cover only printing and finishing, not design or delivery.
Once printing begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Beary Fun Print is not responsible for courier or third-party delays.
Production time is estimated and may vary due to workload or file issues.
For urgent orders, please confirm timing in advance.
5️⃣ Delivery & Collection
Customers who do not select self-collection must choose a delivery option at checkout.
Delivery times are based on business days and exclude weekends, holidays, and dispatch days.
Beary Fun Print is not responsible for courier delays, weather, or traffic issues.
Our responsibility ends once the order is handed to the courier.
Transit damage is not covered.
Self-collection orders will be kept for 30 days after notification.
Uncollected items without notice may be discarded.
Delivery hours:
🕙 Monday – Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays)
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM ｜ 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Additional fees may apply for:
- Parking or entry clearance
- Waiting time exceeding 15 minutes
- Staircase-only access without lift
